The “Grey” is where life actually happens.

Most people spend their lives waiting for the “perfect” time to get healthy, the “right” time to lead, or a “clear” path to follow. But as a career educator, fitness enthusiast, and a leader, I’ve learned that the most profound growth doesn’t happen in the black-and-white extremes of perfection or failure. It happens in the middle. It happens in the Grey.

The Leader & The Learner

In my role as an Executive Director, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside brilliant innovators who understand that true learning requires risk. In my world, no two days are the same. I spend my time navigating the complexities of organizational growth, helping people bridge the gap between “what is” and “what is possible.” This is where my passion for Leadership in Ambiguity was born. I don’t just teach leadership; I live it in the messy reality of a thriving organization.

My belief in Integrated Vitality comes from the pavement and the gym. Whether I’m training clients, teaching Hip Hop Burn at Studio G or my husband and I are training for our next marathon, I’ve seen firsthand how physical movement transforms mental clarity. My husband and I are currently on a mission to run a half or full marathon in all 50 states (he’s faster, but I’m more persistent!).

I’ve learned that you can’t “out-hustle” a lack of recovery, and you can’t lead a team effectively if your own tank is empty. I coach from the belief that healthy people aren’t just “happier”—they are more resilient, more empathetic, and more capable leaders.

The Explorer & The Writer

When I’m not running or leading, you’ll find me embracing the “Grey” of a new city. We prefer “staying like locals” over hotels because we value the authentic, unscripted experience of travel. And on the weekends, you’ll find me with something to sip on, a book, or my computer—reading and writing.

Why I Do This

I founded Love the Grey because I wanted to stop choosing between professional ambition and personal well-being. I wanted to help others realize that you don’t have to be “perfect” to be “powerful.”

Whether I’m consulting with an organization to improve staff culture or coaching an individual to hit a new PR, my goal is the same: To help you find joy and stability in the process of getting there.

Let’s stop waiting for the fog to clear and start finding our strength exactly where we are. Let’s Love the Grey.
